No Guarantee of Success: Participation in any course does not guarantee that you will pass any exams or obtain any certification.
Partnered Courses: Courses in partnership with FMI are subject to FMI’s policies, which can be reviewed here. You agree to comply with those policies when enrolling in such a course.
Liability Waiver: You agree to release Tactic Finance LLC and any third-party partners (e.g., FMI) from any claims related to exam performance, course content, or certification results.
